Data Deletion Request
Call AI respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data, including data obtained when you connect a WhatsApp Business account or log in with a Meta/Facebook account.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include identifying details (name, email, and the relevant phone number / account id) so we can locate your data.
- We verify your identity and carry out the deletion.
Account holders can also delete their account directly from account settings, or contact us and we'll help.
What is deleted
Contact details, messages and call transcripts, channel connections (including WhatsApp access tokens), and preferences — subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. billing/tax records we must keep for a limited period).
Timeframe
We process the request and complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm when done.
