If you are the copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that content stored or transmitted through Call AI infringes your rights, please send us a formal notice.

How to file a takedown notice

Email [email protected] with subject "DMCA Takedown Request". The notice must include all of the following — incomplete notices cannot be actioned:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — description or original URL
2. Identification of the infringing material — exact URL or content identifier on the platform
3. Your full contact details: name, address, phone, email
4. A statement made in good faith that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on the owner's behalf)
6. Physical or electronic signature of the rights holder / agent

What happens next

• We review the request within 5 business days.
• We will remove infringing content and notify the account operator, who may submit a Counter-Notice.
• Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be suspended under our repeat infringer policy.

Misuse

Knowingly false notices may expose you to legal liability. Please do not use this channel for complaints other than copyright infringement.
