Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Call AI believes its service should be available and convenient for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the accessibility of our website and platform, what we have done, known limitations, and how to contact us.
Our commitment
We work to make the Call AI website and its management platform accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. Accessibility is an ongoing process and we keep improving it.
The standard we target
We work to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (web content accessibility guidelines), which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation: we work to keep buttons, menus, dialogs and form fields operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. The management platform has a "Skip to content" link.
- Direction and language: the site supports Hebrew and Arabic (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right), and each page declares its language and direction so screen readers read it correctly.
- Text alternatives: we work to give meaningful images alternative text and to hide decorative icons from screen readers.
- Contrast and readability: we work to keep sufficient color contrast between text and background in both light and dark mode, and to allow browser zoom without loss of content.
- Labels: we work to give form fields and icon-only buttons an accessible label.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible:
- Payment window: plan payments are made in a secure window provided by the card processor (a third party), whose design and accessibility are not fully under our control. If you have difficulty, contact us and we will help you complete the payment another way.
- Call recordings: some calls have an audio recording only, without a written transcript.
- Arabic: the Arabic translation is partial; some screens and documents (including this statement) are available in Hebrew and English only.
