Call AI
AI Use Disclosure
Last updated: 8 May 2026
Full transparency on how our voice agents identify themselves, what they may and may not do, and how we protect your privacy.
What "AI" means here
Call AI runs automated voice conversations using artificial intelligence — voice agents that talk with customers in place of human reps. Agents are powered by language models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) and voice engines (ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Deepgram).
How we disclose
- At the start of every call we say clearly that the caller is talking to an AI agent. Wording varies by jurisdiction — some places (California, EU) require it by law; we do it everywhere.
- The agent will not pose as a real person. An automatic output-moderation layer blocks impersonation attempts before words reach the customer.
- Hand-off on request. Callers can ask to "speak to a real person" at any point and the call transfers.
What the agent cannot do
- Cannot represent itself as a doctor, lawyer, psychologist, financial advisor, or licensed pharmacist
- Cannot promise guaranteed returns or earnings
- Cannot process personal data beyond what the service needs
- Cannot learn from personal data without explicit consent
Recording and training
Recordings are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and service improvement. Recordings are not used to train models unless explicitly agreed (Enterprise opt-in only). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
